Oil City Signs started in the basement of our home in 2012. While we were working our full-time jobs, we started taking on sign and print orders and began growing the business. We moved into our current location in St. Albert's Riel Business Park in 2016. Later we added manufacturing and printing equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff members and expanded our product lines to include vehicle wraps and custom exterior signs. We are proud to serve Albertans support other local businesses.
We have received award nominations for the St. Albert Chamber of Commerce business awards in 5 of the last 6 years in the Business to Business category.

Most recently, 2 of our projects were nominated in the illuminated category with the sign industry's BOCSIE Awards (Best of Canada Sign Industry).

Joe
Owner
Joe is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to signage and materials, since he has been in the industry for over 20 years. Our clients love working with Joe on their projects as he has a very friendly and genuine approach.
Julie
Owner
Julie has worked alongside Joe helping to grow the business since 2012. She left her career in regional management in a marketing firm to pursue her dream of creating a business from the ground up.

She has served as Director and as 2nd Vice Chair of the St. Albert Chamber of Commerce Board.
Nick
In Charge of Installation
Nick has been as an installer and sign fabricator for almost 10 years. He is passionate about providing you with signage that works properly and looks good, and if you are looking for something unique he is the one to have a conversation with.

He has just moved his family here from Victoria and is enjoying St. Albert Life.
Don
In Charge of Sales
Don is our most experienced member as he has been not just a part of the sign industry since 1974, but he even owned his own sign shop for 28 years. We are so pleased to have his friendly demeanour and vast experience on the team, even if it is only part-time.
Amy
In Charge of Customer Service
Amy has many years of experience in sales and customer service and is ready to greet you with a smile and her heart of kindness. She is your first point of contact with us and she will be able to guide you to the right team member.
Todd
In Charge of Production
Todd has been involved in the printing and sign business since 1997 in some way or another. He has seen tremendous change in the industry since he first started. Learning new methods are part of his enjoyment in being in the industry as he has worked with many programs, printers, equipment and products over the years.
